Your workspace, and the terms for using it.

Effective 14 September 2026. Brunn is provided by Kallon Labs. Questions or account help: [email protected].

Accounts and access

Anyone can request an account using an email address they control. Verify that address and accept these terms to finish signup. Free capacity is limited; verified accounts wait in order when places are full or admissions are paused. We can release further waves without requiring invitations. Paying bypasses the free queue after payment is confirmed. Registration and paid activation may be temporarily unavailable during rollout or an incident.

Your content and agents

You keep ownership of your content. You authorize us to store, index, transmit and process it to provide the features you use. You are responsible for having permission to upload it, protecting your login, and selecting the permissions of connected agents. Revoke a connection when it should no longer have access. Agent output and inferred summaries can be wrong; review consequential decisions against the underlying evidence.

Plans and limits

Free provides a small current-content workspace. Monthly plans are Starter at $5, Personal at $10 and Power at $20, in US dollars. Your Account page shows the current storage, request and transfer allowances before checkout and while using the service. Monthly usage resets on the UTC calendar month; billing follows the subscription date. Separate storage and provider-work allowances still apply when a request allowance remains.

Paid activation is available only when checkout is enabled. Hosted Dreamer is not included in customer plans yet. No paid plan supplies a Codex subscription for your connected agents. Only features enabled for your account are included. Contact support about changing an existing paid plan; reductions require enough room for your retained data.

Billing, cancellation and retention

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use Account to open billing, update payment details, view invoices or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting the account requests immediate cancellation of linked subscriptions. Contact support about a mistaken charge or refund; these terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period before saves and background work are paused. After paid service ends or remains unpaid, the account shows a 30-day data-retention deadline. You can restore payment or export during that period. After the deadline, confirmed inactive accounts may be deleted. There is no automatic move to Free: free places are capacity-limited and cannot hold every paid workspace. Contact support before the deadline if you need help moving to Free.

Portability and history

Free removes superseded content while keeping small receipts for versions and safe retries. Paid history is limited by the plan's retained-data allowance. Account export has a separate allowance of two jobs per UTC calendar month, with three download attempts for each export. Secret values and login credentials are excluded. Save important material independently; neither history nor backups are a promise to recover every deletion.

Responsible use and availability

Do not access another person's workspace without authorization, distribute malicious content, bypass usage limits, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive or compromised accounts. Brunn is an early service with changing features and occasional interruptions; it is not an emergency service or a guaranteed archive. We will explain material changes to these terms before applying them to continued paid service.

Privacy and support

The privacy notice explains the data and providers involved. Account references and error times help us investigate; do not email passwords, API tokens or secret values. Contact [email protected] for access, billing, data or security concerns.
